What to Include in a Bug Report
Bug reports are resolved much faster when they include:
- Browser and version (e.g. Chrome 124, Safari 17.4)
- Operating system (e.g. Windows 11, macOS Sequoia, Android 14)
- Steps to reproduce - What you uploaded, what settings you chose, and what went wrong
- Expected vs actual behaviour
- A sample file if the issue is format-specific (and if the file contains no sensitive information)
Response Time Expectations
The team aims to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. Complex bug investigations may take longer, but you will receive an acknowledgement within that window. Feature requests and general feedback are read and logged even if a personal reply is not always possible.
