When something goes wrong we follow a structured response process to restore service as quickly as possible and keep users informed every step of the way. You can always contact us directly to report an issue or ask for an update.

Detection

Automated monitoring checks every service every 60 seconds. Alerts fire within 2 minutes of a degradation being detected - Before most users notice.

Response

On-call engineers are paged immediately. We aim for a first response within 5 minutes for severity-1 incidents and 15 minutes for severity-2.

Resolution & review

Once resolved, we publish a post-mortem within 48 hours covering what happened, the root cause, and what we changed to prevent a recurrence.
