Uploading from Your Camera Roll
Tapping the upload area on mobile opens your device's standard file picker. On iOS you can choose from your Photos library, Files app, or take a new photo directly from the camera. On Android the picker connects to your Gallery, Downloads folder, Google Drive, or camera. HEIC files from iPhone are accepted directly- No pre-conversion required.
Touch-Friendly Interface
All buttons and interactive elements meet the recommended 44 × 44 px minimum touch target size. The format selector, quality slider, and download button are all comfortably usable with a fingertip on a 375 px wide phone screen. Drag-and-drop upload is not available on mobile (browser limitation), but tap-to-upload works seamlessly.
Limitations on Mobile
- Large files on mobile networks -uploading a 50 MB file over 4G or a weak Wi-Fi connection takes longer than on a desktop with a wired connection. Make sure your connection is stable before uploading large files.
- Background tab suspension - IOS Safari may suspend a background tab during a long upload. Keep the tab active until the upload completes.
- Download location - On iOS, downloaded files go to the Files app (Downloads folder) rather than directly to the Photos library.
